Refund Policy

At Tech Vivid Inc., we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. We provide unlimited free revisions to enhance your initial design brief, accessible through your account area. In the event of a duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to meet special design requirements, or the inability to complete a design order as per our delivery policy, a full refund of the design order amount will be issued.
For approved refund requests, all purchases equal to or exceeding $10,000 will be refunded in equal monthly installments of $2,500. If you are dissatisfied with any design service we provide, you may submit a refund request within five days of the initial design completion. It is understood that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within this timeframe. The same refund policy applies to Special/Combo packages as it does to single packages.

Refunds are processed as follows:

If a refund request is made before the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a Full Refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, but we encourage you to contact us with any concerns, as we are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
All refund requests should be communicated to our support department. Tech Vivid Inc. reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on your user agreement violation.

How to Claim Your Refund

To request a refund:

Contact us via phone, chat, or email, specifying your concern.

We will attempt to resolve your concern promptly through our revision policy. If resolution is not achieved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

After the refund is processed, your design rights will be transferred to Tech Vivid Inc., and you will no longer have the right (direct or indirect) to use any version of the design provided by our company

Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers adhere strictly to the specifications provided in your order form to ensure your satisfaction. We conduct thorough research to maintain design quality and uniqueness. We offer free multiple revisions to guarantee 100% satisfaction and provide complete coordination with your printing company if needed.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to your Account Area on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification confirming the delivery to your account area. Our revision and refund policies are subject to the date and time of design order delivery to your account area.
We deliver customized design orders via email within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. For urgent requirements, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY service, providing initial logo samples within 24 hours for an additional fee of $75.

Record Maintenance

We maintain records of your finalized designs, and if you require the final files in the future, we can send them to you upon request.

Communication Policy

Tech Vivid Inc. is not liable for correspondence from email addresses other than those ending with our domain (e.g., "..@info@example.com") or any toll-free number not mentioned on our website. We take responsibility for communication via email addresses under our domain name and the toll-free numbers listed on our website

Customer Support

We offer 24-hour customer support to address your queries and questions. Feel free to contact us at any time.

Reactivation Policy

We do not entertain or refund orders if the client remains non-responsive for 45 days. However, clients can request to hold the project due to personal issues. If a client is non-responsive for more than 45 days, a caution fee of $500 is required to re-initiate the project.

Third Party Terms of Use

Some of our services may involve third-party vendors and business partners whose services, including software and information, may require users to agree to their terms and conditions. Your use of these features constitutes your agreement to be bound by these third-party terms and conditions, which are subject to change at the discretion of the respective third parties.
